作者簡介：邊雲波

1948年寫下《獻給無名的傳道者》這首敘事詩之後，作者即遠赴雲南邊疆，向少數民族傳福音、建立教會，並在雲南聖經學院任教。

後來到上海，幫助王明道先生從事文字工作，與王先生一樣曾被捕入獄。幾十年來，歷經幽谷，都被主保守，安然度過。

作者在中國大陸，主持編譯了五本聖經詞典，供各地聖徒使用。于2018年二月14日安息主懷，享年九十三歲。
