　　今年這兩位主婦不但驛馬星動，繞著地球大搬家，不斷遇到地獄般的高難度挑戰，兩個人雖然碎碎念不停口，還智計百出以歐巴桑沒在怕的身段一一克服，想看看她們今年如何更上一層樓，萬萬不能錯過今年的交換日記。

　　在台南休養生息放了兩年閒妻假的玫怡重回法國，小福也從台灣小學生變成了法國小學生，玫怡每天圍繞著丈夫小孩打轉，不但嚴守程序正義相夫教子款待公婆，還得進階用法文跟學校、醫院、銀行打交道。

　　妙如延續著前兩年的二貓地獄跟漏水災難，一度還得用水電筒燒飯……但這些比起回台照顧生病的家人，以及全部牙齒拔光成為「無齒之徒」的難關，簡直排不上「怨神集」內容。好不容易一一克服之後，最後還有爆炸性發展，真是高潮一波接一波，一谷還有一谷低。

　　雖然驚險不斷，但兩位主婦氣勢十足火力全開，畢竟雖說好夢不長，但惡夢也一樣要結束。
　　經過今年的考驗，她們想跟大家一起喊一句：「我很好，你好嗎？」
