週拋戀的主角為第一部小說『那天游泳課二三事』中的男一陳浩笙的短暫戀情所匯集而成，
有別於第一部小說，本次章節之間雖有關聯，但各篇皆為獨立故事可單獨觀賞。

每篇故事的敘事方式與第一部不同，保留著不同視角的元素，但篇幅較為減少，
著墨於更多的是主角內心的狀態，而所謂的週拋戀，即是在訴說每一段戀情，
就像市面上的各種隱形眼鏡，有日拋、週拋、月拋、年拋，在不同的時空下，
